Write some Software

I would like someone to create a HTML5 / JS version of a pool table diagramming tool found here: [login to view URL] (its currently written in Shockwave so may not be viewable in most modenr browsers!) A video demo is here on youtube: [login to view URL] The drawing app allows various pool / billiards shots to be laid out ball by ball, with annotations such as straight lines, arrows, arc lines, dashed lines, circles, rectangles etc The completed diagram can either be then saved / exported as a png or saved to the hosting server and a unique filename generated so this can be embedded in a forum post (my site will be using Xenforo as the forum) The diagramming tool needs to be platform independent and needs to be viewable in any browser - hence HTML5 Canvas being my chosen technology not Flash/Shockwave. Graphics like the table and balls will be provided. I just need someone to code the application. I envisage the project being done in 3 stages, each being separate paid jobs - 1) delivery of basic diagramming tool - basic drawing tools, eraser, undo, reset canvas etc and export to png file. Core interface design 2) extending with more functionality such as more advanced drawing tools (arc lines etc) 3) create post in forum code / social media sharing code (Facebook etc) I need someone with sound JS / HTML5 Canvas skills. Good standard of English for communication and for documenting every aspect of the code. FLexible working is needed as the project is dynamic and new features may need adding, redundant features removing etc PLease do not reply with generic bids - I want to work long term with a solid developer who is passionate about JS and HTML 5 - not someone who bids on anything
