HI, Do you mean cut a large rectangle into small rectangle? For example: there is a rectangle, size is 10 * 10. Then you want to cut out some 1 * 2, 1 * 5 rectangles? right? Please tell me details. Thank you Programming language: C#

Hello, I'm an expert in VB.NET with 10 years of experience. I have completed a project in the past that calculated the maximum number of rectangular images, that could be printed on a piece of paper of a certain size. (So I have most of the code already available.) In that case the images all had the same size. Will this be the case here also? Or can the parts have different sizes? I can create a program for you where you can give in the size of the sheet of material and the size of the part(s) and it will calculate the maximum number of parts to fit in the area.
