WordPress woocommerce plugin customization

I will like to add some custom tabs on this plugin, you can access the plugin here [login to view URL] I am using Enfold theme and woo commerce for affiliate marketing this is an affiliate plugin, we are using it on our website for affiliate marking and reward the user for referring other people on our site. We have integrated the plugin to work with woo commerce products. Our business model is based on rentals Clients/users are renting a service or a product the rental is valid for a year. After one year we need to refund them their money (order) when they return the rented item. When they refer a friend to our program they get 10% of what the referred person buys. We want the user to see their orders when they log in. So we require some custom feature to be added to the plugin, 1) To show customers order and the duration of the order ie order#34152 $250 (125 days left) when its 0 days left the order should be refunded back to user current balance. Please see the illustration here [login to view URL] 2) A withdrawal option, users must be able to withdraw from the available balance. Please note the are no funds stored on the website the user place an order on checkout with a bank transfer option once the site owner has received funds he then marks the order as completed. The order is valid for a year when the year is over order must be refunded and be available under balances. The user can withdraw the available balance only then the site owner will send the fund manually to the user’s bank account. The point I am trying to make here is everything is just numbers being added and subtracted with no actual funds. 3) We need to have the ability to add funds on user account like add them manually at any given time, here is an example [login to view URL]
