Wordpress Genius searching

im searching a solution.
I have copy all wordpressfiles to an url. now everything is uploaded.
NOW i can install it for example on www.test.com./genius
BUT all other people can start install wordpress also.
So i need a "Screen" till i have installed wordpress complete.
Maybe a [login to view URL] :D
