You are looking for either an expert or intermediate level WordPress coder who can edit a custom-built website to add/correct features for a real estate website. The features needed are: 1. Currently, when users post, their property post is moderated. What you want is that some agents who you choose, you can enable them for their posts to go live immediately while others are moderated. 2. you want to put a link to add a popup form, "flag post as inappropriate". Which will send admin/staff an email? 3. you want to be able to set limits on the number of images agents can post. 4. you agents to be able to Order which of their images will display first, second etc. 5. Finally, for the moderated posts, after a post is marked approved by admin/staff, it should go to the next post waiting to be moderated.
