Need an already made software to decode .wav file to ASCII. Software must be able to decode a WAV or mp3 files The sound in the wav file is magnetic stripe. If you can do this, please let me know. So basically I need a tool that will decode magnetic stripe audio sound into a text (numbers ) . The tool must be able to clear the noise in the sound and support interrupted data signal inside of sound file !! . the sound contains a data from track2 which will look like this 1234567890123456789=1234567890123456789?2

I have the wrapper for this sound extraction to ascii, but not sure it will work to your audio filem until I get the sample of wav file you may have. So, send me your audio file for my testing purpose
