Hi we have a vps server with whm on centos 7.x We make every update on it. All works ok. We installed latest version of Maria DB. At some emails on wp the characters appears with symbols like ???? etc. Default maria db is unicode latin1_swedish_ci. As we know they should be UTF-8 unicode. We would like to check if this creates the problem with the characters. Also must check emails config at email settings because some emails go to spam. ConfigServer Security & Firewall (csf) is enabled at server. *** Attention. We need people that exactly knows what they are do. No errors allowed and the server cant be offline for a long time*** Accepted offers by companies for more support and projects

Hello, First of all need to change the charset in database and maybe check what charset is set to send mails. About spam issue, often there is 2 possible issues. 1 you use php mail In that case it's normal that mails goes to spam as its not signed, that mean you didn't configure smtp to send mails. 2 you send mails using smtp Your DNS records for those domains has wrong signatures like dkim spf, or, don't have them at all In both cases mails will goes to spam. The firewall will be configured as for your needs, need to talk with you to understand what you will use and what not. If you have any questions dont hesitate to contact me Have a good day
