Viglink API Integration with our extension.

We have cross platform browser extensions enabled for Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. We require code to be written which accesses the Viglink API. Candidate must have experience with the Viglink API. Extension works silently and unobtrusively to the user. No interaction, no options. API needs be invoked each time the user visits a URL, if the URL is not a Viglink supported merchant will return standard URL to the user unaffected. If the link is a Viglink merchant will load the URL through the API affiliating to us. Code will also reaffilate links to our tracking. Must work for all links visited through browsers, including direct type in, click form email, hyperlink, etc. No link Viglink API link should be shown when you hover over links on the page, all processing MUST be done in the background to conform with Viglink TOC's. Error protection should be built in for the unlikely chance the Viglink API is down the users web browser experience is not altered and they can still visit all sites unaffected. We already have the extensions setup and in place and can auto update them, we just need the php or javascript code (or a combination) added to run all of the above. So you don't need to build the extensions from scratch.
