Descrição do projeto

I am looking to pull 6 input forms ( files: html, css, js etc) from a site I belong to and run them on my server/db. PM me for screencast showing forms.

Basically looking to recreate these forms exactly. I have username and password to access these forms. Wondering if 'wget' can pull forms to recreate.

The difference between the 6 forms is minimal. Most fields are the same across all 6 forms but each form has a couple different sections. Some of the fields will be hard coded so the user does not have the option of selecting a different option and some of the fields will be removed completely so we have less fields (i will provide screenshot crossing out the fields that are not needed so you know exactly which fields either need to be hard coded or removed.)

My site is php/mysql. The site hosting forms is [url removed, login to view] / js

Once they're recreated and on my server working with my db, user will fill out the forms and submit the form(s) to my db and I'd like the form to generate a pdf that looks exactly like the forms html/css with the fields checked off. Upon submission, the pdf should be automatically emailed to an address I will provide and the data stored in mysql. User should be able to login, edit and save the form at any time by clicking a special link (like craigslist emails you to edit your ad)
