Updating my website

I have a website which i think has been poorly designed so there are some flaws to be fixed some design to be remade a few features to intergrate through API. I´d also like to make the design mobile friendly which it´s currently not. I prefer to work with a single individual at a maximum of two to avoid confusion. What needs to be done is the following.. Mobile friendly Intergrating Tradingview to my website so it be used fully functional and switched between any asset the person searches for. Adding dropdown menu, instead of the menu currently being used. I have a ICO calender which needs some redesign and a new features such as a rating system from 0.1 to 5 When a certain "event" is clicked on i want the person redirected to another page on my website which should serve as an information center about that specific "event" at my front page to the left i want a transparent background intergrated with [login to view URL] it should display Top losers & gainers by 24h and the ability to switch between certain ranges just like on coinmarketcap. ill provide a picture for this. Don´t waste my time please just tell me your estimed price, timeframe is not an issue but the quality of your work is!
