Transcoding streaming RTMP with FFmpeg and re-creating HTML5 player

We have a website (still project, but it is online for tests) in the pay per minute model, where the model has a video chat room and is transmitted to the members of the site. While the model is only broadcasting, any member of the site can view the model's streaming, however, when a member with a balance in their account requests a private show, all other members are kicked out of the room and no one else can enter, a video chat only between this member and the model. During the private show, the member's balance is discounted every 30 seconds and a portion of this balance goes to the model account (this is done in PHP / MySQL, outside the player). When the model is disconnected, or it terminates the private chat, or the member is disconnected or the member terminates the private chat, the chat must be kicked out of the room and other members will only be able to access the model room again within 50 seconds (it is as if she was still in private chat for the other members). There is also a function of sending tips directly to the model, and the member chooses how much of his balance he wants to send. This client player is in Flash Actions Script. The AS code of this player is small, has about 18KB of code without complex systems, all simple. ************** ATTENTION ************** Attached is a photo that will help in understanding the project.
