Stand alone application to prevent access to a computer after the time set

A very light, bug-free application to automatically lock access to a computer after a predefined time of the day. This is to prevent kids from accessing the computer after a certain period on the computer For example, admin can install it on a computer and then set the time that the computer should be locked down example: Mon: Lock access at say 10 pm and wake at say 8 AM Tue: Lock access at say 9 pm and wake at say 8 AM Wed: Lock access at say 9 pm and wake at say 8 AM Thur: Lock access at say 9 pm and wake at say 8 AM Friday: Lock access at say 9 pm and wake at say 8 AM Saturday: Lock access at say 9 pm and wake at say 8 AM Sunday: Lock access at say 9 pm and wake at say 8 AM Key features -This application should be installed directly on the computer or laptop -The user should not be able to turn it off or uninstall from control panel except the admin -Only admin can log on when in lockdown mode Lockdown means a login prompt which will disappear when the wake-up time has reached or admin login to override There are internet timer applications out there, but in this case, there is WIFI and ethernet access which present a complex scenario, so that is why this application should not rely on the internet, but actually lock out the user.
