Simple web news scrapping

We are in need of a web news srapping, for RSS/XML feeds. Requirements: • Crawl multiple (30+) RSS/XML feeds on a regular scheduled basis and save them to a DB. • Should be easy to add new RSS feeds (each feed, must have an logo and name of feed, attached). • What should be saved from RSS/XML feeds are, news headline/title, date, description and URL. • The crawling must be done in a way that the site can even be hosted on even a Godaddy hosting account, without causing stress on the server. • News that are stored in the DB must be auto tagged. • Should be able to list out a word cloud, based on the most mentions, in the last x amount of hours. • Should be able to list the most visited today and most visited last week headlines. • The listing of the news, should “ajax refresh”, so that when new news are added to the site, visitors get the “option” to load the “last x amount of news” • People should be able to search through all the news in the database. • When people click on a headline, to read the full news story, on the news source website, there should be a small row in the top of it, that people have the option to close it, or to go back to the main page.
