Simple backend for users login + api calls

I'm looking for someone that is able to build a website user backend, which should contain the following functions: - User authentication | -> user should be redirected to it's own private secure backpanel section - User can generate a list of bought proxies (api call - get / post) - User can buy monthly subscriptions - User can view data usage (api call - get / post) - User can view current plan (api call) - User can view plan expiration date (api call) The Generate proxie part should be done by a web form, with the specified parameters it will fetch the info again with an API call (easy right!). See attached screenshots, I have the API calls / manual for this particular API available. Preferable to use Post instead of Get calls due to securtiy, if not then the api shouldn't be called twice when pressing the back button or refreshing the webpage. Easy simple job! No rocket science! No payments up- front, payment will be done as soon as a working Proof of Concept has been provided. If everything works i'll release the payment and you can handover the source-code.
