Setup wordpress with purchased theme and transition old wordpress content to new host/site

The delivered product will be 100% functional but mostly empty of content. I will provide logos, colors, and suggested fonts. The freelancer will migrate old blog posts from site to new site, keeping original published dates and migrating media as well. I will set this up to be paid in stages, First is to setup the top menu, slider with auto play video and 2-3 other images, and migration of old content. 2nd stage is migration of ecwid shopping cart to be done rapidly so as to minimize downtime and co-incide with a changeover of the domain.
