Atm we are already working with 1 programmer from the UK and 1 server administrator from Bulgaria. We need someone with excellent skills of setting up databases which can handle big data. Also you need to have expierence with identifying fake traffic and setting up protocols to prevent fake/bad traffic. We have plans worked out by Google sheet.
