Script to Generate China Post prepaid domestic shipping labels via China Post api with tracking and pricing. this is for Returns label

Hi, This is for Returns packages from China customers who will receive an email from us to print the returns label via China Post and this will be prepaid and sent to our hubs in China with tracking included. First of all I need someone who knows chinnese language because 90% of the api documentation I got from China Post is written in chinnese. As you will see, not knowing chinnese can be a very big problem. Now about my project: I have a MySql database with orders, customers and shipping addresses from an online store. I would like to be able to generate shipping labels with tracking number using China Post/EMS api. Using their api and an authentification code/key they provided to me, I need to submit data to their server in XML format (is documented in their api docs) and then I will automatically receive an answer from their server in the same XML format. In the same time their server is generating the shipping label using the date I submited to them... So as you can see this is classical type of api functionality. The problem is that most of the api doc is written in chinnese. What I need from you is the script which needs to send data to China Post server and then use the answer from their server to generate and save the shipping labels on my server so I can print them later.
