Rss feed custom generator php coding

Hi, I need a custom youtube parser and rss feed creator php script. What I need from the script is this: I want to do autoblogs on drupal and joomla. They have plugins for posting content from rss feeds. I need to post 15 videos to each blog. What I need is I need a script that will parse videos from youtube and add 3 links near the video with anchor texts. It will then generate rss feed and the drupal and joomla autoblogs will get the rss feed and post to the sites. What I need is to post 15 videos to each blog. I need 3 backlinks to my other sites under each video with anchor text. My budget is quite low for this, but I think its quite an easy php coding. I would galdly py 30$ for this. The lower bidder wins. Thanks.
