Thanks for sharing the Flow chart of the Requirement. We recommend a Form instead of a file that will be filled up by Requester. We found 6 different user types or roles. What they can see in there dashboard? How to managed Approved and Un-Approved Requester forms? Yes, a header will be added while your Internal Download/Print the form in a PDF format. You have said that "requisiter and the next approver are notified" how this notifications will be sent? through email? Please let me know the details of the above so that we can proceed.
