Prevent App from checking android system or ?

Ok there are few things that i been trying to find a solution to this issue, so we need a code expert to figure it out and see what would work better maybe build a tool to prevent this app, block it from accessing android system please read below. I have done and tried many methods my self but it does not work for to long my method but i do know a way that could make this easy that would fall in section 1. and section 2. 1. I would like to know if there is a possible way to move an app or install an app directly as file system or move it to that system folder without the phone being rooted or any of such nature? If you think you know how to then answer me and will discuss further. 2. This app is using some sort of tool to detect the android phone to check if its rooted or not even though phone is rooted systemless somehow the app can still find out that phone is rooted so now if you can build a tool to completely block this app from being able to check whatever file in system they checking that would be great. 3. To understand this app more you have to understand what they using within the app by striping out some files that they have built in their app to detect such files.
