Prepare homepage for e-shop, based on specification

I have the specs ready - images, logos, positions, etc.
The goal: to create the ONLY the homepage per the specifications, based on basic Storefront theme.
The delivery should include ONLY child-theme folder and files.
Static images, js, css is supposed to be part of the child-theme.
Any additional plug-ins or software may be added to the basic deployment after chat-discussion and approval (assuming we are starting with clean Wordpress + Woo).
Everything should be handled off-line and delivery as zip of the child-theme in unix format is expected + instructions or plugins which are required. The design consist of several sections:
1) Static header, with two buttons - changing the colors and styling a bit (two colors) and link to the shop
2) Static image with description and link to the shop;
3) Section with 6 links to static pages in clean color squares
4) Image with description - on several places there are options to view more details of the image and modal pop-up window should appear with the selected part
5) Section with the images from one category - should be configurable, slider with arrows
6) Section with static images/photoes. These are to easily changed
7) Static footer with address, links, etc + option to share in FB and Twitter + option to subscribe to the bulletin
During the installation and development, there will not be access to the severs. Step by step guide is expected to be provided.
