PHP RESTFull Webservice - New Services not working

I have a RestFull webservice developed in PHP, and when I add a new service to it, PostMan can not find the URL. Returns error 404. Old services are working fine, but new ones do not work. Need help on fixing it, so I can add new service to the existing code. Auth / Role / User -> Scripts working data -> Script not found by the server. Web config file has the correct address on the rule. Thanks
