PHP MySQL Calendar Booking

hi, i need a simple core php javascript based class that can show a calendar, and book appointment for certain employees etc.. I like this wp plugin but i need core php code created similar to this one. [login to view URL] NOT LOOKING FOR WP PLUGINS..Core PHP only..NO Code Igniter I am looking for fast delivery..NOT looking for freelancers who take weekends off. I have attached booking part vdo here that i like..would be nice to have payment integration with paypal as well. needs following 1) beautiful calendar frontend (in vdo, calendar needs better) 2) ability to block certain date/times 3) ability to setup 30 min or 1hr increment for appt 4) when user click a date, it open a form for name, phone number, email address, and also selection of timeslot 5) allow selecting employee from drop down menu no need to say but everything must be responsive & dynamic..customizable. when submit, it shows appt on calendar..also saves in backend mysql table. there is a menu tab shows all list of appointments & all list of customers who booked appt. open for discussing other features such as dashboard, charts, payment etc. please send quote. Trying to see if i can get better code for slight more $$..please don't respond if you bid more than $50 for basic version of calendar code. thanks
