Hi. I wanna make a Hotel Management System that requires basic of specifications such as 1. Front Office Module - Registration In this feature, customers are able to see rooms availability and conduct check in single room, multi room and booking check in for each different room - Guest Management Front Office is able to see the guest list that stay overnight, guest statistic, and guest by check in - Cashier FO is able to conduct transaction entry, guest payment and expenditure. - Outlet Posting It has a main menu that transaction which FO is able to entry hotel transaction income - Hotel Report Display all the hotel reports all the way completely, from revenue, monthly report, business source, until room inventory report - Logbook Facilitate inter-coordination between departments. which contained within this logs are: Guest complaints, changing room and etc. 2. Restaurant Module - Resto Outlet Users can control Dine In, Room Service, Banquet and also Point of Sales order - Cashier Users are able to do open and close transaction and FnB Payment - Logbook Facilitate inter-coordination between departments. which contained within this logs are: Guest complaints, changing room and etc that associated with Restaurant department - Master Data Users are able to arrange items, price, menu category and also arranging restaurant table from backend. - Revenue report Users are able to set restaurant's per-shift revenue report and restaurant's per-item report 3. Back Office Module - Dashboard Back Office (BO) is able to see an overview from daily room, FnB Sales, Other Income detail, Revenue, Payment Room, Deposit, Resto Report and Revenue Hotel from dashboard. - Audit BO can see transaction room, outlet posting transaction and restaurant - Transaction Checking BO is allowed to conduct transaction fault correction, check in and detail correction - Division Report BO is able to see Guest bill report, business source, cash & credit, and commission report. And BO also allowed to set room inventory & outstanding bill - Akuntabilitas BO is allowed to manage guest list data, guest statistic, guest by checkin, guest in house list and template guest remind - Transaction BO can conduct cash and bank transfer, income, expenditure and conduct settlement - Report BO is allowed to manage cash and bank, seeing income statement, and seeing hotel assets value - Account Receivables It has features that arrange receivables list and payment receivables - Debt It has some features that Invoice register, Invoice payment, invoice monitor and debt/invoice list. 4. Administrator Report - All of Back Office Module - User Management (User Grant) - Approval Report & Copy 5. Modul Integration & API - Internal Notification System - Guest can also make a booking and also payment with Traveloka API Project technical requirements : 1. Using Laravel standard MVC or Laravel Voyager 2. Table provided with Datatables 3. MySQL preferred 4. Bootstrap 4 for styling (You can use SASS or CSS) 5. Using D3.js or any chart that you are proficient 6. Using jQuery for any dynamic client animation or transition 7. Using Traveloka API to make booking and payment that recorded automatically in our Front Office Guest List 8. Font Family is "Muli" 9.
