I want to have a customized PayRoll for an NGO. The payroll should be according to the Government of India norms and conditions including ESI deduction, PF Deductions, Attendance ( having an option to upload from 3 different sites - eg. Biometric, Server Application , Physical attendance (converted to soft) This project is only specific to payroll and need no HRIS packages. Only Payroll. After the salary is disbursed, the employees should be send mail from the application directly. Also, this application should NOT be cloud based, it should be installed on the Client Server or Computer as needed.
