NodeJS and MongoDB developer to continue a project of a marketplace for CSGO -- 3

Hello everyone, I am building a Market Place for people to negotiate items from the game ‘’Counter Strike GO’’. It should be a website functionally like “[login to view URL]” where players that want to sell their items can publish on the website and then other players can buy from the publisher. So to this project I have the design, the front end, a self made API developed that communicate with steam API and almost finished back-end part, that wasn't finished because of some personal problems of the last programmer. What I need? - Someone to finish the back-end and integrate all the work done. As of yet, the back-end consists of two parts: 1 - A server exporting an REST API to control the Steam Bots (the bots which will trade the items); 2 - A server exporting an REST API to control the Marketplace itself; As the site doesn't accept more than 4000 characters, I'm posting more info about it into a txt archive.
