I saw your description carefully. -----Project Title------ News android and iOS app, and wp plugin content locker -----Project description----- First I need phone app that will be connected to my wordpress website and I need this app to show the same content as my wordpress news website. Basically I need news app. I need this app to be able to send push notifications to users that have downloaded my app. Second: I need content locker as wp plugin. I wan't this content locker to lock certain paragraphs or entire website until some offer is fulfilled. What I have in mind is for my offers to be apps downloads. It will stay locked until you download certain app, and I need it to be for pc and mobile phones, but I need to be able to turn on or of, for example if I have in my offer mobile app from play store, I wan't to be able to turn content locker for pc. And I need it to be able to detect android users and ios users. I also need website for this wp plugin where users can register as publishers and advertisers. If user registers as publisher I wan't to assign ID for this user, and user with this ID can install this plugin on their website. This ID will be some form of tracking which I also need, so if one publishers has some offers completed from their website they get point which convert in real cash. My idea is to install this content locker wp plugin on websites woth a lot of traffic and put my app in this content locker.
