New Introducer Affiliate Management system

I have just started a finance business and i want other businesses like real estate agents etc to introduce business to my company.

i want them to have ability to see past cases, lost cases, paid cases and current cases

i want to be able to manage my account when they submit a lead and i can update it for e.g (won/lost) (paid/not paid) (amount rewarded £5/£10) (application/processing)

i would like to put in some info on the online case for them to see the updates on how their lead is going (added to above)

i want to manage as many users as i can under the control panel

As the lead is supplied the introducer needs to choose the type of lead as (Mortgage/insurance/loan)

they should get an email when i have put an update on with the case i updated (turn on/off)

they need to see a financial report linked to the payment status once its confimed as a deal won by year/month/total

they need to have a username password for there account

i need to host this on my server

i might have 10/20 introducers so it needs to be robust designed well and easy to use
