New Functionality Required

We have 3 tasks which needs to be completed on [login to view URL] 1. Book a demonstration tab required(must be on freeze) at the end of the home page(on left side corner) like how we have Zopim on right side bottom which stays at the bottom even though you are at top or different page of the webite. When clicked on 'Book a Demonstration'tab,small form needs to be shown wherein customers can share details like: Name, Contact number and Email address. 2. Have to add contact number option in the page [login to view URL] before email address. 3. Visit [login to view URL] and click on get quote for you to understand what we really want. I like the way they are sliding the pages for next question. The experience has to be great otherwise no point making it. It has to match our Home page theme as well. These are the questions we will be asking customers and will also be giving them options to choose from. Q - What's your interest? O - Home Theater , Home Automation , Networking and Wi-Fi Once customer answers the above question Q - What is your room size? O - Under 100 sq. feet, Between 101-200 sq. feet, More than 200 sq. feet Once customer answers that, the next question will be Q - What are you looking for? O - 5.1 Home Theater, 7.1 Home Theater, Dolby Atmos Home Theater
