I need a Wordpress Plugin built with a Simple API integration and database

There is an API available at [login to view URL] I need a plugin for wordpress which will use this API to order, verify and request codes to unlock phones. The customer will Select the device, provide his network and IMEI and gets the unlocking code. The customer will pay for the unlocking code on Woocommerce and Paypal I am looking for a plugin I can add to an existing wordpress website. Here are a few wp sites who have made a custom multi step form for placing an order for an unlock code. example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] the info with the country, make, model and imei number should be stored in a database. this database should be able to push the information to one of the existing API's on the market. I prefer to use gsm genie API but there are other API available if this becomes too difficult. I already own a website made on gsmgenie and i have another manually coded website that was made to work with gsmgenie as well. The problem with those website is that the retail order form does not provide a good customer experience and it is bad for SEO.
