I need a wordpress expert to add a membership section to my site..

I am looking for someone who can add a membership section to my existing wordpress site. Existing site: [login to view URL] I have attached a mock up of what the membership side should look like.. You must be reliable and be able to start working immediately. You will be required to show an update after 2 hours in order to prove work is actually happening. My budget is $50 IF YOU CANNOT ACCEPT THIS BUDGET THEN DO NOT APPLY.
