I need a simple Twilio web app that will bulk register a given list of #'s. (These numbers will be available already in Twilio- they just need to be purchased in my account). After purchasing, we need them to have a URL automatically to the voice section. This way we can batch forward lots of phone #'s at once. I need this done simply, today.
