Need a Shopify App that allows discount by payment method (so ability to apply discount on only pre-paid orders & not COD)

Want a custom shopify functionality for my store that allows me to discount based on payment method. I want to incentivize customers to pay online so want to offer an additional automatic discount that is applied when someone chooses the pre paid option. Would appreciate if someone could help out with this. Also as mentioned above, the application of the discount needs to be automatic and also have all the functionalities of the regular discount app like choosing the amount/% of discounts, which products, collections or categories to run it on and the number of uses per coupon etc.
