I have a php application witten in core php. 1. I already have a badge which is jpg file. I need to put a qr code with link to a form. I have working model but cant cant send data to qr generator. Need to fix this. The form link can be made via concatenation. I need to also put some fields from the database on the badge. And when the admin presses send it should also go as an attachment in the email to the email in the record. 2. Secondly i need to upload an image file linked to database table. 3. I need to print a certificate with dynamic fields after going to the qr code generated form and filling it up.
