We currently have a dedicated hosting server which is hosted in UK data centre. It was designed and created based on our needs by our IT admin who have left our company. We need someone to help us to migrate all client websites as well as clients' email accounts to our new hosting provider. Current server: The server hosts multiple sites which are on several content management systems. Our server does not have any Cpanel or any other similar management tool. It was managed manually by our admin. Our web server hosts sites built on custom CMS so good knowledge of PHP and Code Igniter (CI) framework and DNS management is essential. We also host our Project management system (activecollab) on our server which also need to be moved to the new server. Our previous admin is not available to complete migration but may be available to answer questions raised during the migration. Please note he may not be available at the same time when migration will take place. Our current server also hosts our mail server which also needs to be disabled and manually transferred all email accounts. Our current mail server is on smartermail system. To transfer email accounts you need to have good control of SmarterMail, IMAP, SMTP and FreeBSD New Hosting Server: Our new hosting server is SAAS and has all systems built in including DNS, email management, Cpanel, etc. Email account transfer between SmarterMail and new hosting server with Cpanel is not possible meaning that manual email backup will have to be done remotely for each clients' accounts Important NOTES: Both websites and email accounts are live and actively used by our clients. Therefore any changes will have to be made during UK out of office hours. Our Custom built CMS system may cause issues while transferring sites to the new server we will arrange developer who knows the system well to be online to assist during the transfer.

It was one of the constant project parts when our company deployed new enterprise grade storage solutions (NetApp) and popular consulting products. 90% of the cases were non-distruptive migrations. Got experience with almost all of your stack. Friendly speaking I've never worked with activecollab and SmarterMail but I think it won't be a problem. I offer you professional migration of your services which will be split to 3 stages: Migration Planning, Migration itself (most of services running in mirrored mode) and Final cutover (when old server could be shut down and users are switched to new one). It's not as easy as it seems if the objective is to make it maximum less harmful for users and business. Got time slots at the moment.
