I need a crawler

I need you to make a crawler with php that crawls one website for different kind of info. Website is public directory and it contains different information about companies. I need crawler to download company pages and save them for later use, then it needs to extract wanted information from each page and save it to MySQL database with PDO. Company information is extracted perhaps easiest with simple_html_dom library. Company pages are downloaded by categories. I have a file for those categories. Crawler needs to take every category page and find all the company page links and next page links, perhaps with simple_html_dom. Company page links are saved in MYSQL database. There is two tables in this database, unprocessed links table and processed links table. New link goes to unprocessed table. When that page is downloaded and processed, it goes to processed list. Every time crawler gets a link, it checks it against unprocessed table and processed table to avoid multiple same links. Crawler needs to show me real time status of it's actions, perhaps with innerhtml. I need start and stop buttons of course. When I click stop, it saves it's current status, and when I click start, it continues from that point on.
