Multi Quote Platform

Let me give you a slight overview of the possible concept, As a customer looking to hire a taxi in rural areas of the UK area can be challenging at times.. in fact most days, there are currently no providers who can cover every request and consequently the customer is left ringing around to try and find someone who has availability. As another possible example for the use for this platform, people like to shop around a bit especially when it comes to the more expensive jobs, this platform would allow this to happen in one place. So the idea is to create a website/app that would allow small taxi & private hire firms to refer customers to if they are unable to assist, this would allow other registered taxi firms an opportunity to compete for the work. I have seen similar concepts like [login to view URL] (they are a transport hub for pretty much anything except people).. well I was thinking along the same sort of lines but on a much smaller basis. We would simply look to charge a 'Admin fee' for each job booked through the website which would be chargeable to the customer? Companies would need to be able to be added as it expanded in area. I have envisaged a simple design with quote form which would email all the registered suppliers of the job, if they are interested they could submit the quote and the nearest time available to the requested time. The returned quotes would in some way need to be in only partially view-able to prevent the customer from going directly to the available taxi provider. I am a small operator on a limited budget but would be interested to see if this has any viability and at what sort of cost this maybe.
