Modify my Wordpress theme

I am looking for someone who can modify my Wordrpess theme exact the way I want it. Please read this carefully so you need exactly what to do!
I use a free responsive Wordpress theme called BRIAR. You can check it here:

Now I need some changes on this theme. I want that you do this changes within the theme and not by just installing 3rd party plugins!
You have to provide that the side is 100% responsive after your changes and fast and SEO optimized so you have really to know what you are doing!
Changes to do:
Change the header:
- Remove the red bar which overlays the featured images.
- Change the menu. I want that the word "MENU" appears next to the menu icon on desktop and tablets. And I also want a fullscreen menu like the menu on this site: [login to view URL]
I wish to use TAGs as menu elements so you have to implement featured images into TAG which can be use as backgrounds.
Startpage:
- Change size of the thumbnails as I wish, remove the excerpt text and read more-button and adjust the width of the sidebar so the content have more space.
- Add post category infos as overlay on thumbnails (readable and clickable)
Sidebar:
- Actually there is just one global sidebar used for every page (archive, single post, start page). I want a separate sidebar for single pages so I can add different widgets as on the start page sidebar.
Footer menu:
- I want a simple footer menu
Related posts:
-There is no related post area. Add this as I wish and change the order of the author box, used tags and used categories on single post pages.
Featured image for categories and TAGs:
-I want featured images for categories and TAGs on archive pages.
Image copyright field:
-I want that on every image uploaded is a field where I can add copyright infos. This infos should appear automatically below featured images and images used in articles (next to image description).
Change font:
- I want custom fonts for title and body text. I have two Google fonts I want to use for this so make sure this fonts are used on every device.
Post formats:
- Actually the theme has 9 different post formats. Most of them I can't use for my needs. So please modify or add 4 of them as I wish (e. g. without featured image).
Some small design changes:
- make sure that the text overlay on featured images on single post pages is more readable (e. g. text shadow).
- I want to change the look/size of the quote text font.
