Minor design changes to PrestaShop Store

We are in the process of moving our site from a hosted ASP e-commerce platform to PrestaShop. We need a quote for completing specific changes pursuant to the home page on our existing site. Will supply all template and site links as needed. DESIGN CHANGES: 1. widen the white text area on all pages to 78% - 85% width of the screen-proportional and balanced. 2. change the background color of the template from pale blue to an ivory FF,FF,FO 3. change the border around the inset text area to purple #594969; rgb (89,73,105) 4. add a site pal character to one of the blocks in the right banner of the home page 5. link Specials block in right banner on home page to our products on Clearance. 6. add a testimonial block to the right banner of the home page 7. eliminate the right banners on all except the home page 8. add jQuery carousel with 7-9 images to center of text area - script to be provided by us. If it cannot be made to work, restore the templates' rotating image module (TM...) 9. move the Search field to appear under the cart at the top of the page 10. restore missing log in area to top border opposite the language and currency selectors 11. remove pale blue background color in all blocks - revert to white background 12. TOP HORIZONTAL BORDER: change page links to be the same as those on our current site: Home / About Us / Contact Us / Product Index / Crafters Corner 13. Product index should be copy of Site Map page with just the categories and expanded sub-cat/sub-sub cat/products block 14. change blue background in the top horizontal border to ivory FF,FF,FO 15. FOOTER: remove About Us link and add the following page links at the very bottom of the footer: Customer Service FAQ / Daily Bible Verse / Decorating Centre / Track A UPS Shipment 16. insert credit card and security graphics with associated links (from our current site) in the footer where the social media links appear now and move those to under the security graphics 17. Block name text (Categories etc.) color changed to purple #594969; rgb (89,73,105) 18. Html on product pages shows on the backend but not on the customer side. All products have two sections with bulleted lists but none are showing to customers. I tried deleting the lists and reinstalling using TinyMCE. No change. 19. If we can keep the "Browse By Price" section and coding that is on our current site in the same place in the right banner that would be great. 20. CHANGES TO ORDER FORM: Remove Year field from birth date or set default to 1111 . Don't need customer birth year. Just day and date. Reverse the order of Delivery and Invoice addresses on the checkout form. Change name from 'Delivery' to "Shipping Address"; change 'Invoice' to "Billing Address" Change: 'Please use another address for invoice' to "Ship to a different address" Put all unrelated info together above the comment field under heading "Additional Questions" as it appears on our current site. FROM YOU WE NEED: 1) a completion time frame 2) estimate broken down by task 3) the names of the css elements, blocks and pages edited in case I need to tweak them later on 4) to save money, let me know if some of these items are things I can do from what is already provided in cart modules or the backend. 5) we will need work done in the future, and are looking to establish an ongoing mutually satisfactory relationship.
