Make Video Website Function and Beautify

Looking for someone capable of customizing my site. It's a video based website. I'm looking for someone to see my project through to the end. I compiled a list of some of the immediate errors the site is experiencing that I noticed. Since the site is not functioning I can't tell if there will be more issues if so I would like someone dedicated to addressing them. You will be compensated for major changes if necessary. I currently have a plugin that auto fetches descriptions to add linked video details/tags from sites like youtube, vimeo etc. This plugin is overly complicated and I would like to find a better option. I need a plugin with an auto fetch option that also retains formatting on the video descriptions. I also need to be able to upload videos on my end to the server.
