We are seeking a developer to create an app which will allow users to post alerts on a certain topic in their location and the alerts will be searchable by topic and location. Users will fill out a basic form to quality their alerts. Users must purchase the app through the Play Store. We would also like to include a searchable news alert on the topic which is fed by a webcrawler. More details on the topic will be provided to the hired developer after signing an NDA. Please provide your cost quote and time estimate.

Hello, Exciting! I was excited to read your requirements. I have immense experience in news feed and events feed as well as google maps API. Purchasing on the play store is not in development since it is performed by play store account. Just one click. And other features could be performed by following: - push notification when there would be a new event - construct the database for feeds and save that notification into it following basic form. - implementation search feature to make users can search notifications. ... Just something like this. I think since it is the first time with you, so I could set low rate as 30 - 35 USD/hr. And it would be taken about 2 weeks (50 hours) for Android and backend.
