Fluent english, can discuss any topic without problems 4. Know git and using it even for small projects, alongside with bitbucket and github 5. Started to work with PHP in 2013 6. Working with Laravel for 3 years now 7. Familiar JS, jQuery, using Vue.js 8. CSS and HTML are the must for devs nowadays, can copy or recreate design, using bootstrap, rarely using bulma 9. Know how databases works, can visualise projects in DB tables Af for your code. 1) First of all, I would hide public keys from code. Put it on .env file and gitignore it. Make .[login to view URL] for github purposes. 2) There is definitely a problem with encryption of CC. So you are proposing to store cc number encrypted with key, that in change every 3 month, and this enc key also encrypted. I would not store cc details at all. Using stripe is one way around.
