Inventory Management

we want to create inventory management software for internal company use. here is project detail. Inventory Management Software:- Admin panel. 1) Admin Create Vendor. a) Vendor will have following fields (Vendor Name , Address, Phone # and unique vendor id) b) Vendor have Balance Start from 0 . c) Admin can add Vendor Payment (+ and -) payment d) All Admin will show under Admin list with their Balances, can be edited, delete . 2) Admin Create Item a) Item will have following field (Item Code, Item Name, Item Cost, SKU #, Item Sale Price Description). When creating item if SKU # is blank then generate automatically 8 digit SKU #. b) show all ITEM in Item list and Item can be edited, delete or copy anytime. 3) Admin Create Purchase order a) When creating Purchase order Admin will enter following fields item codes or sku id , and it should bring item from item list that we already created and it will show Item name, cost. (he can change cost manually to that form) . b) Admin can enter multiple items in this form and then save and edit this form anytime. c) Once purchase order created show them in purchase order list and status as open, d) After creating purchased order Admin can received purchased order by clicking received purchased order . once received change purchased order to closed purchased order. e) Once purchased order is closed update all the qty under inventory list. 4) Admin Create WareHouse a) When creating ware house it will have following fields Warehouse name , Address, Phone #. b) It can be edited anytime . c) After saved Show Warehouse in Warehouse list. 5) Admin Create Package # (Box/Pallet ). a) When creating Package # will have following fields. Type of Package, Box or Pallet(Drop Down), Package Start # and Package End #. once click generate Package # , it will generate list of start # to end # and then add them to Unassigned Package # List. 6) Admin Assigned Item from inventory to Packing # .(from Unassigned Package List). a) Admin will enter following fields. Start # (from Unassigned Package list, End # (from Unassigned Package list Vendor name Item name Qty. (from above available inventory) b) Once saved, it will add these Start Package # to End Package # to Assigned list. Assigned list will have Package # , Vendor Name, Item Name, Qty and Type of Package (Box or Pallet) 7) Package # Transfer To Warehouse , a) Admin will enter following field. -Warehouse name -Select Package # (from Assigned list) (or can also enter range from Assigned list ). -Click Transfered b) Once package Transfer to Ware house Add these Assigned packing list under Ware House Inventory list. c) Admin can always move these Package # box from one ware house to another . just display them under that ware house with update qty.
