Hexchat (IRC) Coder

I like to involved in a lot of channels at once. However, if I try and connect to all of them at once, I get rate limited.

Currently Hexchat looks like it's connect to 36(?) channels at once times, has a delay and then connects to another 36(?)

Looking for a way to chance how many it channels it batches and the delay between each batch?
