Gravity Forms Automated notifications

Need gravity forms to create notifications automatically. Already was doing this but stopped working.
I have wp-property working on a site with gravity forms.
In wp-property you can create real estate agent profiles which are automatically wordpress users.
In Wp- property when you create a property post you can select from the list of real estate agents displayed in the right column.
Gravity forms was automatically creating notifications for each agent associated with property.
Now the older notifications still work ad are stored in the database table titled wp_rg_form_meta.
THE PROBLEM
Now when you create a new property and add the agent it does not automatically create the notification as it used to.
I have tried disabling plugins but this did not work. Over the last few months there have been updates for the WP-property and the gravity forms and believe they no longer work as it did before.
When I add an agent to the property Wp- property agent list then shows that agent is associated with the property. So I believe the issue is with the gravity forms just not creating the notifications. The old notifications still work.

It's a test page you can try. It should send me the test agent there an email and it does not.
So I believe when you add the agent to the property post the file having to do with gravity forms that then creates the notification is not connecting to the database and adding it there.
