I need a website built that allows people to tip service providers, this should be done in the form of the client buying a "tokens" that are equal to 1 usd a piece. The service provider would need to register for an account where they would be able to create a profile describing themselves and be able to add a picture and choose a username upon registration. Thier profile should have space for comments to be left about the service provider as well as a 5 star rating system for each comment posted . These comments should only be posted by clients who have actually purchased service. Once a client has purchased the tip tokens and sent them to the appropriate the service provider via their unique 6 digit number they should be notified via text and or email message that they have received a tip. The notification should include the first name and last initial of the client. There should be a 10% fee for each transaction processed and all payments will need to be process and deposited into our bank account via first data's api. All service providers need to be able to monitor their current amount of tip tokens and view a history of which clients tipped them including the amount and date as well as the date and city and state the client is located Each client should also be able to view a history of all the service providers he has tipped as well as the date and city and state the service provider is located in. This directory should show the profile pic, username, amount and date of transaction Both the service provider and the client should be able to sort each others past payments by cities and states..... Service Providers should be provided the following options for redeeming their tip tokens, 1)Paypal ($25 Minimum) 2)Check ($100 Minimum) 3)Walmart Gift Card Via Email ($25 Minimum) 4)Amazon Gift Card Via Email ($25 Minimum) 5)Wire ($200 Minimum $30 Fee) Clients profiles should include Username (Public) First Name Last Name Address Birthdate Email Upload Id For Verification Payment Info Store Credit Cards for later use Allow client to add 1 debit or credit card, however allow him the ability to change this payment info at any time Providers profiles should include Username (Public) First Name Last Name Address Birthdate Sex | Male or Female (Public) Race (Public) Email Address Interests (Public) Upload Id For Verification Info Required To Facilitate Payment To Service Providers Paypal (Requesting Amount To Be Paid Via Paypal) (Paypal Email Address) Check (Requesting Amount To Be Paid Via Check) (Mailing Address) Walmart Gift Card (Requesting Amount To Be Paid Via Giftcard) (Email Address to be delivered) Amazon Gift Card (Requesting Amount To Be Paid Via Giftcard) (Email Address to be delivered) Money Wire (USA ONLY) Only made to accounts in service providers name Bank Name Account Number Routing Number Bank Address Once a payment has been completed by a client to a service provider they should be able to private message one another. However both parties should be able to block the other from messaging in case of harassing behavior. There should also be a gallery on the site that lists all the service providers, this gallery should display the thumbnails and usernames and should be able to be sorted by city, state, most popular (based on total tip tokens sorted by all time, today, this month, this year) ________________________________________________________________________ Now there will also need to be a complete back end created that will let us over see all aspects of the site including user management, account approval and verification, messaging to users by email as a group, individually and to clients and service providers. We also need to be able to process withdrawls from the backend which means we need to approve service provider withdrawal requests and have it reflect on their balances. As with any social media network we will need to have email go out upon registration during the verification process clients upon completion of the verification process for clients and service providers when ever tokens are purchased when ever a service provider receives tokens when ever a service provider redeems tokens whenever private messages are received we also need to be able to edit these emails in the back end of the site. In order for service providers to receive tokens for withdrawls the service provider will need to upload a picture of their id and a picture of them holding their id which our staff will manually approve on the backend Clients who wish to tip more then $250 will need be required to create an account. For clients wishing to tip less then $250 there will be a guest checkout not requiring an account but requiring the client to enter the service providers username provided by the service provider during this check out clients should be given the option to create account for easier access the next time. This site will not be a mobile app, but it should be understood that 95% of our users will be using it on mobile devices. Please keep this in consideration that it needs to be exceptionally easy to user on mobile devices and lightweight coding so it loads fast on phones.
