FreeRadius/DaloRadius adding topup and packages

We are located in India and developing a Wired & Wi-Fi network and require a captive portal & RADIUS development using opensource software: We need a radius software. I will give the samples at the bottom. We can follow up with customers, receive online payment, sms informations, internet speed and time tracking software. 1. This system need to work with Cisco & Huawei Bras. 2. Using Radius group assignments adjust the users group assignment when traffic limits are reached. 3. Client uses his FUP cap (Monthly Recurring billing) on the 15th of the month, he needs to add another 10GB top-up to get him through the month. We need this topup function. The first goal of the software is to get to the level of software that includes the example. The second stage will be to complete and overcome the shortcomings of this example.
