Fix the main link in php website and make the pop up banner load faster in mobile and pc

The website is in PHP language, I need to share the main link of the website in facebook, Instagram, whatsapp and so on, and it needs to show the logo, in a small image, of my website in a complete way when the link is shared, like most websites. All the other links of products and so on, are ok, but this link has the problem of the missing image (also, no words in English can appear with this link) because once a phrase in English language used to appear with it. There is also a pop up banner that needs to load faster in smartphones, tablets and pcs, because it is not good when users visit the website that it takes so long to load this pop up banner. (You will also need to record a small video to send me of what to do, if this banner begins to load slow again). These are simple tasks for you who understand php language.
