Escort Web Site Template - Fase

We'd like a template for building escort web sites. We want the resulting sites to have easy to edit header, footer and side bar/columnn on one side that will display RSS feeds. editing is to be via html, but if you have a good cms to suggest, we'll be open to suggestions. The template should make it easy to add and remove pages to each site. So menu names need to be in html, not images. The template should, at a minimum offer a welcome page, profile page, Gallery page for up to ten thumb nails that open to full images, Rates, Contact form, Links exchange page, and a link to a blog (which is likely to be an external blog although we may consider wordpress as the blog). Page urls of the site need to be search engine friendly.
