Enhancing My website

I need to make some changes in my website. [login to view URL] My website supports 2 languages ( English+ Arabic) but the design has some issues. I need the following changes: 1- i need to change post add to be the same way of [login to view URL] for both lanugages.(add and change the required tables and columns to the database) 2- i need to change the Horizontal menu to be the same way of [login to view URL] for both lanugages. or show me if there any better design for the menu.(menu must take its values from the table of sections and branch) 3- The search on the page side is not working fine. it must work also with section id and branch id to be able to show the results for the both languages. 4- Google ADs are not showing correctly in all the PCs. it needs to be aligned for all the computers and mobile browsers. 5- Database tables needs to be modified to have enough columns for both languages . Column for Section in english and Column for Section in arabic Column for branch in english and Column for branch in arabic 6- Change the icons in the main page to a better icons suits the website design.
